Home Preperation

These are the items we can move:
- Sectional couch [must be broke apart before we move them]
 - Couches [nothing piled on them or we will not move]
 - Love seats
 - Chairs
 - Small furniture [ please have cleared off, or we will not move]
 - And up too technicians discretion

Our technician will not open closets or doors that are closed. Please open all doors and closets to rooms that you want cleaned.

We would like someone to be home, but if you can not, please have a way for the technician to get in your home and please have dogs contained.
And please have payment arranged with receptionist.

Your technician will walk through your home with you prior to cleaning your carpet, to go over the soiled areas, all areas that we are cleaning and your quote. If you are not home when we do the cleaning, we will fill out a pre inspection sheet for our records.

Stains that don't come out with our pre-spray after cleaning, can be worked on for an extra charge. It is the technicians discretion and there is no guarantee the stain will be completely removed.
