We have a dog and cat that had stained the carpet with various unmentionables and 360 made the 2 yr. old carpet look brand new again. I didn't have high hope but it looks great now, it is still old and ragged but all [I repeat all] the stains are gone.

I was in the process of selling my condo and looking for a carpet cleaning company, considering the carpet is only a year old and only had a few stains.
I called around to several Seattle area carpet cleaners. I was instantly impressed by the warm and friendly customer service when I called 360.
However, there estimate was just shy of $40. from the cheapest estimate I received. I de sided to go with the cheapest quote. It was a disaster!! Not only did the other company arrive 2 and 1/2 hours late, they then proceeded to tell me that the price quote I received over the phone was wrong and they were going to increase it! I then called 360 and tearfully explained my situation, they came out that same day! My carpet has never looked any better!

360 is by far the best carpet cleaners I have ever used! I have tried them all Stanley Steamer, Chem Dry etc. but 360 was the only one to make my carpet look brand new! I was planning on removing the carpet, but now there is know need. They also were the only company to educate me about the five step cleaning process. Unlike the other companies that tried to sell me more stuff! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was selling my condo and thought I would nee to replace it. I had 360 come out to clean only my bedrooms, they asked why I wasn't getting the rest cleaned. When I told them I didn't think it would come clean, they said they could it clean and they did! My condo sold in less than 2 weeks and no carpet allowance! Awesome job for an awesome price! I'll always refer them and use them in the future. That rotovac machine they use is amazing!

Willo at 360 was extremely personable and helpful! She was very honest and helpful when I had questions regarding carpet cleaning services, she took the time to have a technician give e a list of things to consider when choosing a cleaning service. She was also vary accommodating when working with my schedule and had a great, cheery attitude over the phone! The two gentleman who cleaned and deodorized my carpet were very nice and gave me good advice on how to care for my carpet in the future. Thank you so much for everything !
