About The 360 Family
We are a family owned and operated business. We have been in the carpet cleaning business for 20 years. We love what we do along with educating and giving the quality service people deserve.
We wanted a business that our family could grow in and one day our children could be a part of. We began as a house cleaning company but shortly after we made the switch to a carpet cleaning company. We started out cleaning with the Kirby drycleaner, and although it did a great job it wasn't the cleaning we wanted to do. So we tried the wand cleaner, and found it to be back breaking and still just not quite what we hoped to accomplish in our clients home; we wanted to make a bold statement. We came accross the RotoVac rotary extractor and found our message. Coupled with a truck mounted hot water extraction equipment and the product line PlanetGuard, we were able to accomplish our statement:
The deeply cleaned, healthy home!
We have been using this machine and technique for about 10 years and we swear by it.
The 360 family is also an firm believer in being Green. We see being "Green" is about embracing the principles of environmental responsibility. Lets face the earth is our only home, and the cleaner we can make it the better home it will be, not only for us but for our future generations.
What makes a product "Green"?
To be classified as "Green" products must meet the following criteria:
- No alkaline builders
- Diluted concentrates have Ph less or equal to 10
- Ingredients that are non carcinogene
- Less than 0.5% total phosphorous
- Non-combustible
- No heavy metals
- Recycled packaging
- Low skin, eye and respiratory irritation potential
