FAQ's
What is the difference between steam cleaning and dry cleaning?
Steam cleaning is cleaned with 230 degrees hot water which is the key to removing dirt, killing germs and bacteria.
Dry cleaning is putting down a dry white powdered chemical and buffing the top of the carpet to a shine, so it looks clean.
Why do some stains don’t come out during cleaning?
Depending on what the stain is, how long the stain has been sitting in the carpet, if the stain has a dye in it, and or if you used any spot removers on the stain prior to having a carpet cleaning professional clean the stain.
How to prevent damaged carpet fibers?
- Remove your shoes at the door.
- Put down a runner 15 feet from the front door.

Why use a “Green” company?
Research shows how a living environment can have profound physical and mental health outcomes. So it improves indoor air quality, longer lasting homes an buildings. Going Green is improving your over all quality of life.
Why do some stains re-appear after the carpet dries?
This is called “wicking.” This means, when the stain was made it went into the backing and or the padding and when it gets cleaned by a carpet cleaning professional they can only clean the carpet fiber not the backing or the padding. So the stain is only removed on the carpet fibers, so when the carpet dries, water evaporates up grabbing the stain that is left in the backing and or padding and bringing it ack up to the carpet fiber.
What is the difference between a truck mount and a portable?
A truck mount can run up to 1000 PSI (Pounds per square inch) and 1500 inches of lift (which is vacuum) and can heat the water to 260 degrees.
A portable can run up to 30 PSI, 200 inches of lift and heat the water up to 180 degrees.
The reason for using a portable instead of the truck mount is for places the truck mount can not get to.
Why does the carpet get dirty fast after having it cleaned?
When you have your carpet cleaned and the carpet cleaning company you are using at that time put to much cleaning solution in your carpet and did not rinse it out.
So when your carpet dries, the cleaning solution is tacky and attracts dirt faster.
